Subscription cards for children (4-14 years old) are valid in all studios of "Pole Dance Bulgaria" and for all types of activities marked “for children” in the schedule. The amount is calculated by accumulating the price for a single visit for the respective training. They can be purchased from any Pole Dance Bulgaria studio.

- Individual training - this is a session when the instructor pays attention only to your child, using all the equipment in the hall. A package of 4, 8 individual trainings can be purchased with a discount.
- Competition package - individual training and study of special choreography, tailored to the capabilities of your child and the competition rules.

Types of activities
Pole Dance for children is a fun physical activity that motivates your children to follow an active and healthy lifestyle from an early age.
Pole Dance classes contribute to the development of skills a child must have at different stages of growth:
- development of the child's motor skills
- participation in various team games - contributes to the social development of the child and behaviour in a competitive environment
- performance of easy dance moves
- development of flexibility, strength, technique, control and balance
In Pole Dance, over 60% of the time is focused on acrobatics, and the rest - to the artistic performance.
Pole Dance classes encourage your child to develop his or her imagination and creativity through a variety of activities, with or without a pole. Various individual, couple and group activities are offered. Each class is specially designed so that children learn different movements and develop their physical culture while having fun!

Pole Art for children
Pole Art for children is a class where short choreos are studied, combining techniques of modern dance, pole and ground acrobatic elements, as well as transitions between them. The Pole Art classes focus on the steps, movements, positions and expressiveness of the body and face during the dance. During the classes the children will have the opportunity to work on their motor culture, endurance and artistic performance. In these classes we prepare the children for competitions like Pole Art Bulgaria, which combine theatrical and acrobatic part of the routine.

Kids fly yoga
Why is yoga important for children? What are the benefits of it?
Here are the answers to these questions:
- Improves attention and concentration
- Develops imagination
- Calms the mind and reduces tension and stress
- Regulates metabolism
- Contributes to the proper functioning of the endocrine glands
- Activates internal muscles
- Develops flexibility, coordination and general physical culture.

Stretching for children
Stretching is a set of exercises aimed at developing flexibility, stretching and mobility of the joints.
It includes static elements of yoga, breathing practices, endurance and balance exercises, ground gymnastics, elements of Pilates and ballet.
These classes include all muscle groups. Your children will not only be able to make a split and increase their flexibility, but will also improve the elasticity of their muscles. Stretching has a beneficial effect on improving the correct posture of children, relieving stress and improving their general tonus.
- Extensibility refers to muscles, tendons and ligaments, ie. this is the ability of the fibers to increase their length under the influence of applied pressure. This term should not be confused with “elasticity”.
- Elasticity is the quality of muscles allowing them to restore their original shape after deformation - under the influence of weight or after stretching. When a muscle is shortened, its elasticity increases at the expense of extensibility; muscle fatigue increases extensibility.
- mobility is a quality of the joints, which depends on several factors and refers to their range of motion.
- Flexibility is usually used as a general term uniting the above two. This is the ability of a person to perform movements with a wide range, it can be congenital or acquired. Flexibility depends on the mobility of the joints, as well as on the extensibility of the fibers, muscle tone and temperature, and muscle elasticity.
- muscle tone is called the state of slight contraction of muscles at rest. It is regulated by the work of the nervous system and maintains the posture of the body. "Good" and "bad" tone are conditional concepts, as "bad" refers to both extremes: low tone would mean poor posture, lack of coordination in movements. If the tone is too high, it is the so-called “Rigid” overtrained, stiff muscles. Good muscle tone provides us with freedom of movement and good coordination and delays the onset of fatigue.

Bungee fitness and dance for children
Bungee fitness and Dance - a new, unique and fun high intensity work out!
Bungee fitness and Dance is a specially developed innovative training program to strengthen muscles through freedom of movement. It develops strength, flexibility, balance, coordination and tone for the whole body. It combines aerobic, acrobatic and dance movements with medium to high intensity.
Thanks to the help provided by the bungee, gravity is easily overcome, which makes the performance of the exercises fun, but at the same time safe. Unlike other sports, there is no strain on the joints. In addition, it is a wonderful way to strengthen your muscles completely without even realizing it.
