Kalina Ekova
About Kalina Ekova:
Kalina started practicing pole dance at the age of 17 and became a pole dance instructor in 2020. The main disciplines she teaches are:
  • Pole Dance for Beginners and Advanced on Static and Spinning Pole;
  • Contemporary Pole Dance and Earth Elements;
  • General Physical Training and Conditioning Exercises;
  • Individual Workouts.
Her approach involves consciously learning the technical execution of each element and combining them into various combinations. The alignment of pole dance with a healthy lifestyle, conditioning for pole training and creating a healthy regimen are of particular interest to Kalina.
The most valuable thing for her in the studio is the friendly atmosphere and positive mood. Music, laughter and the love for sport and dance are the most important part of every workout for Kalina. Teaching for her is a mission and dedication that brings her satisfaction. The individual approach towards each trainee allows them to develop their full artistic and sports potential.
In 2019 she participated in Pole Art Bulgaria, and over the years she has been part of Pole Dance Bulgaria's annual performances.

Other sports interests and experience:
Sport and dance have been part of Kalina's life since early childhood. Over the years she has practiced modern ballet, Latin dance, swimming, volleyball, until she found her passion in pole dance.
She continues to look for new ways to enrich herself through sports and dance. Her leisure time hobbies include: fitness, ballet, contemporary dance, aerial hoops and aerial silks. Kalina aspires to incorporate approaches from different sports and dance styles to pole dance in order to improve the quality of her workouts.
