Christina Yordanova
About Christina Yordanova:
Kristina’s path into aerial arts began with no athletic background. She entered Pole Dance Bulgaria's studio filled with fear and uncertainty about whether she would ever be able to move gracefully or feel what it’s like to fly. From the very first training session, she realized that this was her place — that there are no limits except the ones we set in our own minds. The body discovers new horizons when given a chance, and movement becomes a kind of freedom you don’t even suspect until you feel it.
Outside the studio, she is a psychologist and an artist — two professions that help her see the person as a whole: with their emotions, needs, fears, and courage. She herself lives with an orthopedic condition that gives her strength rather than limitations. It has taught her to be persistent, to listen to her body, and to never allow diagnoses to define her dreams.
In her classes, she wants the participants to feel accepted, understood, and safe. To know that they belong there — regardless of age, experience, flexibility, or physical characteristics. Her mission is to help people rise above their fears and realize that their bodies are capable of much more than they believe — with attention, effort, consistency, and the right support. She believes that everyone can fly. All it takes is to believe, to try, and dare to take the first step.
