First Steps in Aerial Acrobatics
My aerial journey began in 2021 when I first stepped into Pole Dance Bulgaria to attend a pole class. I fell in love with this sport, but the true magic revealed itself six months later when I discovered aerial silks. They didn’t just attract me – they changed the way I perceive movement, art, and myself. Since then, training has become a true passion for me. With dedication and discipline, I improved my skills over the years, and in the summer of 2024, I had the honor and pleasure of performing my first routine at the school’s annual showcase. This special moment was not only the culmination of my efforts but also an inspiration to continue growing and sharing my love for this art with others.

Disciplines
My specialty is aerial silks – one of the most beautiful and expressive disciplines in aerial acrobatics. It combines strength, elegance, and artistry into a unique experience.

Previous Experience
As a child, I practiced gymnastics for a while, which I truly enjoyed. That was when I discovered how much I love a sport that blends grace, flexibility, and movement. I felt completely in my element – as if my body naturally responded to the challenge. Later, when I was introduced to aerial acrobatics, I realized that it was a natural continuation of my love for this type of sport – one that not only strengthens the body but also inspires the soul.

My Mission as an Instructor
Teaching, for me, is an opportunity to inspire people and show them that aerial acrobatics is accessible to everyone, regardless of experience or physical preparation. I started after a long break from sports and without any special skills, but with determination and motivation, I discovered that this beautiful sport can be enjoyed even by beginners. My goal is to help more students believe in themselves, experience the beauty of movement, and discover the joy that aerial acrobatics brings. To me, it is not only a physical challenge but also a way to express yourself and feel free. I would love to share this art with you and help you take your first steps into the world of aerial silks.
