About Konstantina Tafradzhieva:

Konstantina first entered the studio of PoleDance Bulgaria in 2022, when she returned back to Bulgaria after living abroad. At that time she was practicing yoga, mobility and Pilates, but she devoted her energy into the art of aerial acrobatics, and the aerial world became her second home. In 2024, she started to teach aerial classes.

Now she offers group and individual classes on aerial hoop for all levels, stretching and individual classes on straps. Konstantina is also preparing students of the studio for competitions in various categories, as well as for for performances on stage in show programs. She is always enthusiastic about creating aerial acts as a way to explore the creative side of this art.

For a significant part of her life, she has been practicing yoga, initially as a hobby, and later she became a certified yoga teacher at House of OM in Bali. Currently, she is completing her second degree in psychology. Her interest goes in specific direction - to study the connection between the body and the mind. Her classes are build on a base of this holistic approach, as aerial acrobatics is an art that challenges not only our physical abilities, but also those of our mind.

Discipline, combined with a grace, is a leading method in her approach. The deep knowledge of human body movement, that she has gained through various training, allows her to ensure a safe approach in the gradual development of skills and technique, tailored to the individual abilities of each student. At the same time, she believes that with persistence and practice, aerial acrobatics teaches us patience, builds self-confidence, and helps us overcome fears and limitations. She passionately shares these understandings with her students.

Konstantina’s classes are for anyone who wants to go beyond the limits of their body, learning how to feel it and how to trust it, as well as for those who want to feel the freedom of movement and discover their potential.

In today’s fast-paced world, Konstantina finds an opportunity to rediscover her creative potential and her body’s abilities in the air. Through aerial acrobatics, she finds a way to express herself with movement, combining physical skills with artistry, creativity, and emotion. She believes that mastering the skill is the key to performing it with ease and finesse. She’s looking forward to flying together with you!
